Travel with Eco-Professional, Don McCoy and Moderator, Kim Lewis, as they take you on a tour of Oregon Green Homes.

You will learn about Straw Bale,  ICF,  SIP Panel and Earth Advantage Certified homes, Solar Water and Electricity, Energy Efficient Gas Heating Systems, Tank-less Hot Water Systems, Radiant Floor Heating and much more.

This 1 hour DVD is a 2 part series. It is a great visual and hands on for learning the fundamentals of “green” terminology and language.

All for $19.95

". . . . exceptional video quality and offers plenty of information for the novice who wants to grasp the sustainable-building industry. A few technical terms might go beyond some viewers' understanding, but for the most part the video explains the virtues and practices of green building in everyday language.
Locations include solar-powered homes in Ashland and a straw bale home in the hills outside Talent.

The editing flows nicely, while the diverse subject matter and the personalities of people being interviewed keep the video interesting from start to finish. Mellow background music, vibrant still photographs of Southern Oregon locales and the occasional "This Old House"-style of videography complete the package."
